Stronger Together

It’s always a bittersweet moment when a client finishes their time on the service.
It’s the sign of a successful journey. That they’ve achieved what they set out to do, built the habits to sustain it and now have the confidence to continue independently.

For sisters Helen and Tara, that couldn’t be truer. Both came to coaching with different goals and starting points but the same determination to take control of their health, rebuild confidence and create lasting change.

Helen’s journey

Having seen friends lose weight quickly on their own only to regain it months later, Harriet knew she didn’t want to waste time repeating that cycle. With a big family wedding on the horizon, she wanted to feel confident, healthy and proud of the way she looked.

This was Helen’s first time working with a coach and from day one the focus was on simplicity and sustainability. Every part of her plan, from nutrition to activity, was tailored to fit around her lifestyle, making consistency much easier than traditional “diets.”

Her results speak for themselves:

39lbs lost (just under 3 stone)
7.5 inches off her waist and 8 inches off her hips
✅ Now within the healthy BMI range
✅ Training three times a week and walking 10,000–15,000 steps daily
✅ Greater understanding of how to manage nutrition and social occasions
✅ A successful maintenance phase, learning how to protect her results long-term

Helen didn’t just transform her body, she built lasting confidence and a new relationship with food and fitness. Her journey stands as the perfect example of what can happen when a plan is built for someone, not around a one-size-fits-all approach.

Tara’s Journey

Tara began her journey with a clear set of goals:
👉 Reduce body fat (especially around her stomach)
👉 Tone up
👉 And generally feel better, physically and mentally.

Her relationship with her body had been up and down. Some days were good; on others, frustration led her to hide behind baggy clothes. Despite her best efforts at the gym, progress was inconsistent and motivation was slipping.

That all changed once her plan became personalised. For Tara, fitness became a lifestyle, something enjoyable, consistent, and sustainable.

Since starting, Tara has achieved incredible progress:

Over 18lbs lost, with body composition changes far beyond what the scales show
25cm (10 inches) off her waist and 13cm (5 inches) off her hips
✅ Noticeable muscle tone and a leaner, stronger physique
✅ A huge boost in confidence, with real understanding of effective training
✅ Significant strength improvements through focused technique and consistency
✅ And one of her proudest achievements: quitting smoking, saving over £1,500 since she started on the service

Physically, Tara is in a completely different place but more importantly, her mindset around health has transformed. She’s built strength not only in her body but in her habits, self-belief and discipline.

Together, Helen  and Tara have shown that change doesn’t happen through extremes or quick fixes. It happens through consistency, structure and self-belief.

Both sisters have achieved remarkable physical transformations but their biggest success lies in what they’ve learned: how to stay in control, how to maintain balance and how to keep pushing forward.
